Ridgeline Property Co. started with three rental houses on the Southside and a promise to treat owners’ homes like our own.
From one duplex to a full-service portfolio
In 2014, our founder managed a single duplex near St. Elmo while working a day job in commercial leasing. Word spread among landlord friends tired of absentee management companies, and within three years Ridgeline was managing homes across North Shore, St. Elmo, and East Brainerd.
Today we’re still Chattanooga-owned and operated. No call centers, no out-of-state ownership — just neighbors managing neighbors’ investments.
